Dance to the Beat-to-Beat Stress
This an ongoing weekly afro-beat dance session, which enhances participants’ your mental and physical wellness, boost their self-confidence and motivation, enhances their coordination, agility, flexibility, dancing skills and helps them to network with like-minded people.
